What is the difference between a further education college and a higher education establishment?

Ricardo Rozelle: Further education is usually defined for qualifications such as higher national diploma, advanced vocational qualifications or foundation degrees', sometimes they're at the same level with higher education which is BA's (bachelor degree in science) and some time considered less also further education usually takes around 2 years while BA's are usually take bit longer up to around 3 years in the UK.Hope this answers your question....Show more
