Homework and excersise schedule help!!?

Coleen Carignan: I can't help with exercising but I'll try to help with the homework.Can you split the homework up into short periods of time? Like you get home at 3:30 & I'm sure the last thing you want to do is study. So take a break and at 4pm do half an hour or so of homework. Give yourself another break if needed then work again for half and hour.We homeschool and follow what is called "The Charlotte Mason Method" one of the key things is short classes or lessons. When you have just a short period of time you are more likely to do your best. If you work for a long time after awhile you get tired and start to slack off. So try if you can break your homework up into 30mins at a time. I think that will keep you motivated and focused. You can do 30mins of homework then 30mins of exercises then 30mins of homework and so on....Show more

Mildred Pombo: Hahaha if you have to do any cardio exercise, go hop on a spin bike, treadmill or elliptical (better option anyways) ! and read a book for class or read a paper. You could probably even manage to type if you got a board to put all your stuff on across the bars. You don't need to work out for flexibility for an hour or two, just go home, get your work done, exercise, take a break and get more work done, then go on to abs and then read. There you go, you won't get tired of one or the other... Ask for your work for Tuesdays and Thursdays early, that way you have the work earlier and you can get it done....Show more
