Alonso Crehan: I prefer the ANGRY IP SCANNER. What it does is it crawls thru your network, identify's the computer names and IP's of all devices on the network or more specifically, of a specific IP Range. Now this works the same way a WORM does so for that reason your Antivirus may trigger and think that IPSCAN.EXE is a virus, Just tell it to ignore since you are expecting this type of network crawling.Now that you have all the IP Address or Names, you can access them each by clicking on START (XP user click RUN) and type in \computername or \ipaddress (example, \BILLSPC or \192.168.0.31) Now if the computers have passwords for their computers, you will need that info.
