Newton Fedorko: Im a PA resident and buy cars from NJ every once in a while. All I have to do is go get the car, bring it and the signed title to a notory in PA, and they take care of the rest. Of course you need to insure the car and get a temp. registration tag from the other state to drive it home. IMO its easier to buy from out of state. If I bought a car from a PA resident, both the resident and myself have to be present at the notary to get the title signed over. Its stupid.
