Rosann Mccomb: you must be talking about old ones( speck es )-- no were it is like this --old ones are not repaired ---if your talking about the new ones supplied by them and refused for repair ,you can even take them to court for refusal
Willetta Munhall: Are you asking about the Vista Vision Plan?We have (had) Vista where I work. When I needed new glasses last year I went to my optician (of 25 years) and he told me the plan sucked. If someone with a Vista pair of glasses needed repairs, he couldn't even do them in his shop...even if he was the dealer and sold them to the customer. (This is a family optical store now in it's 3rd generation with over 50 years experience and three certified Opticians in house.) Thanks to rebates and a long customer relationship my optician was able to cut me a break and give me a great set of frames and lenses for about the same cost....Show more
