Voncile Slaubaugh: Some states require that you list the incorporators, board of directors and / or shareholders of a corporation in the articles of incorporation when you file, but there are certian states that are notorious for allowing complete privacy by not requiring this information and allowing you to nominate someone to act on your behalf. Nevada and Wyoming are two that jump to mind first.
