Linwood Mccory: You cannot do this! It violates SEC regulations. You need an attorney who specializes in this to advise you and prepare proper documents and a prospectus. Legal fees easily run to tens of thousands of dollars when trying to get this many people to invest. And it can take a year or more to get any kind of approval -- assuming you already have a profitable biz in operation.If you need to raise some money to start your biz, use your savings, mortgage your house, use your credit cards, etc. If you can get it off the ground, see if someone in your family wants to invest.Beware!
